The cyber command (COMCYBER), created in 2017, is a strategic entity under the authority of the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces. Its main tasks are to protect the information systems of the Ministry, to conduct military operations in cyberspace and to prepare the military forces. COMCYBER recruits cyberfighters to strengthen its capabilities in the areas of intelligence, protection, defense and action in cyberspace.
