FRENCH CYBER COMMAND

Under the authority of the Chief of the Defence Staff, the French Cyber Command (COMCYBER) is an operational command that brings together all of the cyber defence forces under a joint forces authority. Since 2017, its mission has been to defend the information systems of the French Ministry of Defence, and to design, plan and conduct military operations in cyberspace. ANSSI

OpenFacto is a non-profit organisation based in Paris, France, which aims to promote Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and create a sense of community for the French-speaking OSINT scene.

We publish articles and guides on our website and train journalists, activists, researchers, students and lawyers. OpenFacto also offers its help and assistance to newsrooms and NGOs, while doing free trainings for specific actors, for example SIRAJ, a group of Syrian journalists exiled in Europe.
