La DGA est l’expert technique référent du ministère des Armées en matière de cyberdéfense, de l’anticipation de la menace à la mise en œuvre de cybersolutions pour la défense et les hautes autorités de l’État.

La DGA assure, principalement sur le site de Bruz, toutes les activités permettant de garantir aux armées qu’elles disposent des solutions leur permettant de maîtriser les risques cyber.

Dans un contexte de menace très évolutive, les experts de DGA Maîtrise de l’information exercent des activités d’analyse de la menace à très forte valeur ajoutée, ils prototypent les solutions de protection et de défense au profit des forces en s’appuyant sur des méthodes agiles et s’assurent que les systèmes livrés aux forces sont au bon niveau.

French Cyber Command

At the crossroads of the scientific, industrial and military worlds, the Naval Cyber Chair trains cybersecurity experts via PhD studies.

In the 4th year, computer engineers can choose a cybersecurity specialization, certified by ANSSI. Bachelors follow a specific training : Bachelor in Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity. In addition to its dedicated cybersecurity and IoT chair, Esaip will inaugurate in November specific cybersecurity facilities : the Cybersecurity Innovation Hub by Esaip (CIH by Esaip). Three rooms (security operation center, defense room, attack room) will train students and companies in the region. HZV (hackerzvoice) is one of the oldest communities of French-speaking hackers. Today, the ARCSI brings together multidisciplinary skills likely to be mobilized in the service of the country in order to ensure its smooth running, its security and its sovereignty.
ARCSI is honored to count or having counted among its members illustrious figures in cryptology such as David Kahn, Jean-Jacques Quisquater , Michel Ugon, Louis Guillou, Nicolas Courtois, David Naccache… .

Mozilla Francophone fulfills its principled mission by developing the free and open-source Firefox browser, as well as applications and services like Mozilla VPN and Firefox Monitor, but the non-for-profit Mozilla also fights to make the internet a global public resource, open and accessible to all by pushing standards and legislation around the world.

OSINT-FR is a cosmopolitan community, bringing together connoisseurs and the curious, keen to develop their skills in Open Source Intelligence (OSINT).
Created in January 2019 by Hugo Benoist (HuGe) and Sylvain Hajri (navlys_), this community, which recently became an association under the French law of 1901, has a popular education vocation and brings together profiles of all nationalities and professions with a common interest in OSINT.
Whether linguists, cybersecurity consultants, journalists, private investigators, business intelligence analysts, lawyers or financial experts, members come from a wide range of backgrounds and share their skills and expertise.
We develop tools, share methodologies and conduct investigations. In addition, community members carry out collaborative monitoring in the following areas:
Geopolitics; IMINT / GEOINT; SIGINT; SOCMINT; OPSEC; Darkweb; Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI); Disinformation.
Conferences, workshops and meetings are organized on a regular basis, with internationally renowned speakers on various OSINT-related topics.

ISSA France Security Tuesday is an independent association since 2010. Led by cybersecurity professionals, its main mission is to make digital security and protection more accessible. It starts with the youngest, whom the association strives to inform and educate and to whom it regularly visits for workshops.
The association is also a designer of dedicated content. She is the editor of the best seller “Les As du Web” for children aged 7 and over, of the book “Envie de Cyber” for teenagers and young adults and more recently of “Snake News”, a manga for fight against fake news and push digital hygiene among middle school students

L’Observatoire de la Sécurité des Systèmes d’Information et des Réseaux (OSSIR) is a non-profit association, created in 1996, and open to everyone interested in cybersecurity.

OSSIR members are gathering on a monthly cadence (every second Tuesday in the afternoon). OSSIR is also organizing yearly a full-day event (JSSI).
